I include her Harvard education because I can hear many of you thinking, life coach from Harvard? Martha was heading towards being a tenured professor when she left to write books and be a life coach. I find her writing inspiring and very practical.  The idea of striving for joy as a perfectionist is a bit foreign and this book provides simple ideas on how to get joy into your life everyday. She asks you to think about things such as what do you really desire and what is a small risk you can take today that moves you towards your heart's desire?  Summer is the perfect time to take a step back to explore and ask yourself...what can you do to live a more joyful life?
