KCM uses a wide variety of approaches including: cognitive and sports psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and creative arts techniques to help your key people overcome perfectionism, manage setbacks, discover their career strengths and weaknesses, and establish and nurture useful and strategic professional relationships.
